Prof. Dr. Mohammad S. Obaidat University of Jordan, Jordan
Professor Mohammad S. Obaidat is an internationally known academic/researcher/scientist/ scholar. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from The Ohio State University, Columbus, USA. He has received extensive research funding and published To Date (2023) over One Thousand (1,200) refereed technical articles-About half of them are journal articles, over 100 books, and over 70 Book Chapters. He is Editor-in-Chief of 3 scholarly journals and an editor of many other international journals. He is the founding Editor-in Chief of Wiley Security and Privacy Journal. Moreover, he is founder or co-founder of 5 IEEE International Conferences. Among his previous positions are Advisor to the President of Philadelphia University for Research, Development and Information Technology, President and Chair of Board of Directors of the Society for Molding and Simulation International(SCS), Senior Vice President of SCS, SCS VP for Membership and SCS VP for Conferences, Dean of the College of Engineering at Prince Sultan University, Founding Dean of the College of Computing and Informatics at The University of Sharjah, Chair and tenured Professor at the Department of Computer and Information Science and Director of the MS Graduate Program in Data Analytics at Fordham university, Chair and tenured Professor of the Department of Computer Science and Director of the Graduate Program at Monmouth University, Chair and Professor of Computer Science Department at University of Texas-Permian Basin, Distinguished Professor at IIT-Dhanbad, Tenured Full Professor at King Abdullah II School of Information Technology (KASIT), University of Jordan, The PR of China Ministry of Education Distinguished Overseas Professor at the University of Science and Technology Beijing, China and an Honorary Distinguished Professor at the Amity University- A Global University. He is now a Distinguished Professor at KASIT, University of Jordan.

Prof. Dr. Chunhua Yang Central South University, China
Prof. Chunhua Yang is currently the dean of the School of Automation of Central South University, an expert on "special government allowance" of The State Council, the winner of the National Outstanding Youth Science Fund, the team leader of the "Changjiang Scholars and Innovation Team Development Plan" of the Ministry of Education, and the national candidate of the New Century Talent Project. She received his bachelor's degree in 1985, Master's degree in 1988, and Doctor's degree in 2002 from Central South University. From 1999 to 2001, she worked as a visiting professor at the University of Leuven in Belgium for collaborative research. In 2011, she attended the University of Western Ontario in Canada for high-level research. Prof. Yang is engaged in process modeling and optimization control, intelligent sensing and automation devices, industrial big data analysis and deep learning, process industry intelligent optimization manufacturing, and other research, and is responsible for the key of the National Natural Science Foundation /Outstanding Youth, national key research and development program, national 863 program, national science and technology support program and more than 30 major research projects of factory and school cooperation. She has won many awards, including 1 second prize in National technological invention, 4 second prizes in National Scientific and technical Progress, and 10 first prizes in provincial and ministerial scientific and technological Progress. Moreover, She has authorized 86 national invention patents and published more than 400 academic papers, of which more than 200 are included in SCI. She is now an IEEE Fellow and a member of the Chinese Society of Automation. Meanwhile Prof.Yang has many positions including the director of the Automation Academic Committee of the Chinese Society of Non-ferrous Metals, the chairman of the Working Committee of the Chinese Society of Automation Women Scientists, the director of the Chinese Society of Automation, the member of the control theory committee of the Chinese Society of Automation, the vice chairman of the technical process Fault diagnosis and safety committee, the member of the process control committee, and the Standing Committee of the Chinese Society Non-ferrous Metals Member of the mine information and the intelligent professional, the national "Twelfth Five-Year" 863 plan advanced manufacturing system control technology subject matter expert, the vice chairman of Hunan Automation Society, the member of the Hunan "Twelfth Five-Year" manufacturing information technology engineering expert group and so on. She is also an associate editor of IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics and an editorial board member of journals such as Acta Automatica Sinica, Control Theory and Applications, Control and Decision, Information and Control, Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems, and Journal of the Internet of Things.

Prof. Dr. Shaoliang Peng Hunan University, China
Prof. Shaoliang Peng is the Deputy Director of the National Supercomputing Changsha Center at Hunan University, As the same time, prof. Peng is also a distinguished Professor of "Changjiang Scholars, winner of the 2020 Hunan Hunan Outstanding Youth Fund, and Professor/doctoral supervisor of "Yuelu Scholars" at Hunan University. As the leader of "Tianhe" life science direction at the National University of Defense Technology, the adjunct professor of the National University of Defense Technology/BGI(Beijing Genomics institution), and the project leader of the smart medical platform of Pengcheng Laboratory, Prof.Peng engaged in research on technologies such as high-performance computing, big data, bioinformatics, artificial intelligence, and blockchain. He has published 7 monographs and hundreds of academic papers. He participated in the research and development of the Tianhe series supercomputer application software and 13 key projects of the National Ministry of Science and Technology, the Natural Science Foundation, and the 973/863 project. He won many awards including the second prize in National Science and Technology Progress in 2019, the first prize in Technological Invention in Hunan Province in 2019 (ranking 1), the first prize in Military Science and Technology Progress in 2013, the second prize in Natural Science in CCF Science and Technology Award in 2018 (ranking 1), and the merit citation class III in 2016. Prof. Peng is a member of the Bio-cross Project Expert Group of the Central Military Commission Science and Technology Commission, an expert of the National Ministry of Science and Technology/Ministry of Industry and Information Technology/Ministry of Education, a council member of China Computer Society, Deputy Director of CCF Computer Application and Bioinformation Special Committee and AC member of YOCSEF Headquarters (2017-2020). Moreover, he is a member of CCF High-Performance Computing, Big Data, Standing Committee in special Committee, Blockchain special committee, and CCF Distinguished fellow and distinguished speaker, chairman (initiator) of Hunan Bioinformatics Society, served as chief editor and deputy editor of several SCI journals.

Prof. Dr. Tian Song Beijing Institute of Technology, China
Tian Song is currently a Professor in School of Cyberspace Science and Technology at Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT). Before Feb. 2021, he was a Professor at School of Computer Science and Technology at BIT. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Tsinghua University in 2008, and received his B.Eng.in Computer Science from Northeastern University (China) in 2002. His research interests include anonymous network, network covert channels, future Interenet architecture, especially information-centric networking, and artificial intelligence in education. He leads the Network Architecture, System and Security Laboratory (NASS-Lab) at BIT, which develops and manages several national-wide systems. He has published about 100 academic papers.

Prof. Dr. Minru Bai Hunan University, China
Minru Bai is a professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Mathematics at Hunan University. Meanwhile, Prof. Bai serves as the chairman of the Hunan Operations Research Society, the vice chairman of the Hunan Computational Mathematics and Applied Software Society, and the executive director of the Department of Mathematical Programming of the Operations Research Society of China. She has long been committed to researching the concept, method, and application of optimization theory. In recent years, she has mainly engaged in tensor optimization, low-rank sparse optimization, and their applications in image processing and has been responsible for some projects including the National Natural Science Fund and Hunan Natural Science Fund with a series of research results. Nearly 30 papers were published in academic journals in SIAM Journal on Imaging Sciences, SIAM Journal of Matrix Analysis and Applications, Inverse Problems, Journal of Imaging Optimization Theory and Applications, Computational Optimization and Applications, Journal of Global Optimization and so on, which won the second prize of Natural Science in Hunan Province in 2017 (ranked second). In the training of doctoral students, one of them won the Hunan Province Excellent Doctoral Thesis Award.

Prof. Dr. Robertas Damaševičius Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuanian
Robertas Damaševičius received his Ph.D. in Informatics Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) in 2005. Currently, he is a Professor at Software Engineering Department, KTU. He is also Professor at Department of Applied Informatics, Vytautas Magnus University, Kaunas; and Adjunct Professor at Faculty of Applied Mathematics, Silesian University of Technology, Poland. He is the author of over 400 papers as well as a monograph published by Springer. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of the Information Technology and Control journal and has been Guest Editor of several invited issues of international journals (IEEE Access, Biomed Research International, Computational Intelligence and Neuroscience, Journal of Universal Computer Science).

Prof. Dr. Srikanta Patnaik I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India
Prof. Srikanta Patnaik is Director of I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar, India. He has received his Ph.D. (Engineering) on Computational Intelligence from Jadavpur University, India in 1999. He has supervised more than 30 Ph. D. Theses and 100 Master theses in the area of Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. Dr. Patnaik has published around 100 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is author of 2 text books and 55 edited volumes and few invited book chapters, published by leading international publisher like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer-Verlag, Kluwer Academic, etc.. Dr. SrikantaPatnaik is the Editors-in-Chief of International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and International Journal of Computational Vision and Robotics published from Inderscience Publishing House, England and, Editor of Journal of Information and Communication Convegence Engineering and Associate Editor of Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems (JIFS), which are all Scopus Index journals. He is also Editors-in-Chief of Book Series on “Modeling and Optimization in Science and Technology” published from Springer, Germany and Advances in Computer and Electrical Engineering (ACEE) and Advances in Medical Technologies and Clinical Practice (AMTCP), published by IGI Global, USA. He is a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) and Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). He is also Fellow of IETE, Life Member of ISTE, and CSI. Dr. Patnaik has visited more than 20 countries across the globe and visiting professors to some of the universities.

Dr. Mehboob Ali Guangxi Minzu University, China
Mehboob Ali is a faculty member at School of Mathematics and Physics, Guangxi Minzu University in China, who delves into the exciting fields of Fluid mechanics, Covid-19 and many other mathematical models. He brings a wealth of experience from his previous faculty positions at the Mohi-ud-din Islamic university as an assistant professor and the University of Haripur in Pakistan.
